A multi-year track record of designing and shipping digital products and features loved by thousands of customers.
Experience in leading a team in an agile environment
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership communication skills in fluent English and German
Ability to translate requirements into UX concepts that work in a way that adds value for business and users
A passion for talking to customers, and experience with design thinking methods (e.g. customer interviews, usability tests, and co-creation).
