What you are going to do...

  • You will work directly with our directors to optimize our  processes managing teams and clients
  • You lead cross-functional projects together with the management and our team leads with high priority for the overall success of our company
  • You take ownership of growth and performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our user relationships
  • You support the day-to-day business with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Develop yourself and learn something new every day

You bring to the table...

  • BA or MA degree with high academic achievements (preferably with a focus on economics, natural sciences or design)
  • You have excellent communication skills in fluent English and German
  • You are curious about the startup scene and highly interested in product development and user experience design
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and bring along a high level of commitment, result orientation and diligence
  • You have high analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and work structured and efficiently
  • You are able to work towards higher goals and see the big picture while dealing with challenges in detail if necessary
  • You inspire the people around you and spread fun and positivity
